I’ve been coming here for a while now, and every single visit has been a great experience. The quality of the haircut is always top-notch, and I leave... happy every time. What really stands out is the communication. If anything comes up, he’s always professional, keeps me informed, and makes the whole process easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. The atmosphere is another reason I keep coming back. It’s welcoming, relaxed, and feels more like spending time with family than just getting a haircut. You never feel rushed, and the conversations and overall vibe make every appointment enjoyable. If you’re looking for a barber who’s talented, dependable, and provides an all-around amazing experience, I can’t recommend him enough. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I booked an appt for 5:30 pm. He said he’s running behind a bit and left me in the lobby. I called him at 6 pm & he was finishing up with the client. ...This was my first time meeting him & once I sat down I asked was this normal for him to be this late? He gave an excuse about something that happened earlier in the day & asked me if I had something to do? I said i do & a text would have allowed me to take care of what I had to do in those 30 mins of waiting. I got my haircut with no problem & for convenience was going to book another appt assuming he was just having a day. Well I’m blocked from booking an appt… because he was 30 mins late with no communication. Welcome to Charlotte

Hey Krys, appreciate your feedback. You're 100% correct that I should have communicated the delay better. Earlier that day, a client experienced a medical issue during their appointment, and my focus was on making sure they were safe. Unfortunately, that put me behind schedule. I understand your frustration with waiting 30 minutes without an update, and for that I apologize. While I explained the situation during your visit, I recognize that a text would have been more respectful of your time.
