i’m really sorry about your experience at my shop. since you didn’t provide me with a working phone number to contact you, which i tried to do multiple times, i had to wait until you spoke up to properly service you, and by then it was too late. i took money off of your service for the inconvenience, but i’m sorry if your experience was still flawed i apologize. i’ll be happy to cut your hair another time for no cost 👍
