My first trip to this salon was very positive so I was eager to come back, and make this salon my new “nail home.” I was there for OVER TWO HOURS for ...a simple fill to cover the grow out and a gel polish on my toe nails without a full pedicure. The nail tech decided to grind off the French tip that was previously painted on, annoying considering how long I had been there but was a simple mistake - no big deal. Then, they tried to charge me $110!!!!! For a fill and a gel polish!!!! Absurd. The owner said it $65 for a fill - the same price I paid for fresh set when I previously came in?? Such a bummer because their nail techs and hostess’ are so kind and talented, but they have lost a customer because of the owners INSANE prices. Edit: she is now claiming I got more services than I did to justify the price. I came in with nothing on my toes which the tech can vouch for, but wanted to charge me to take off gel polish I never had. Know that if you have a problem here, apparently she will go out of her way to upcharge. Show more

Brianne thank you for coming.You had a hard gel fill and a gel polish change on your toes, that’s over two hours service because you had gel on your toes.that we had to take off our price for a fill is $55 plus 10 extra for gel polish and French polish $10 and gel polish change on your toes that $25 . Your total was $110 after you added the tip, tips is always a customer choice .That is our price and it pretty much the same prices all the nail salons charge in this area. You don’t go to Lululemon and tell them your yoga outfit was expensive and insane .Your services took over two hours. How much were you expecting to pay?
This is my second visit here and the calm and inviting atmosphere is exceptional!! They go over and beyond to elevate your self care practices! And al...ways offer you something to drink!! Show more
