Señor Carlos Manuel Lorenzo Leal lamento su mala experiencia , salí a buscarlo tan pronto acabe con el cliente y no lo encontré y tampoco respondió al teléfono 3 llamadas y un mensaje , el servicio de reemplazo de cabello que yo ofrezco requiere de privacidad , si usted llego antes pudo esperar en el área asignada para eso que está llena de asientos cómodos internet gratis y mucho confort , nadie lo atendió ni en buena ni en mala forma porque nunca lo pude ver . De todas formas su cita la marque como inasistencia y le di su información a los representantes de Booksy para evitar que le haga lo mismo a otros negocios . Este comentario muestra su nombre y apellidos y habla mas mal de usted que de mi negocio , le agradezco su reseña mala o buena me suma igual ✌️ , que tenga buen fin de semana 🙏
