POLICIES
Booking Requirement: A valid card is required to book any appointment. Cancellations & Reschedules: Must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service Late Arrivals: Please note that you are given a 10 minute grace period. Please communicate if you're running late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and charged the no-show fee. Exceptions are only at my discretion. Payments: Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay. Cards on file are not used for service payments. The card on file will only be charged in the event of Cancellations within 24 hours, Reschedules within 24 hours, No-shows. Before Hours & After Hours: Available upon request & availability. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours — please contact me directly to schedule.
