Tay is a great Trainer and Coach! He is my son’s boxing coach, he is awesome with him. My son is 6 and Tay helps him to stay focused and channel his e...nergy into something productive. Tay is also my Trainer and he encourages me to push myself. He is a lot of fun to train with and very knowledgeable. I’ve had great results after just 1 month of working with him.
