Keratin hair treatment

Went to get Keratin treatment with this stylist for the first time. The appointment started out with a not so great intro she did not speak much Engli...sh which was fine, but I had an appointment and when I showed up she had me wait while she had someone else in her chair. she told me she had to get done before she could start the 3 hour service I booked. I tried to tell her that I could reschedule if she could not take me soon, since it was clear that she did not start the service on the other person yet. This was not a dual appointment setup where she could juggle between clients, a keratin treatment is pretty hands on, this throw me off. I asked her how long and she told me 30 min or so but I could see That was not the case it’s never 30 min to color and style and whatever else. I told her I could come back, she insisted and said she would wash me and I could wait under the dryer. The whole time it felt off she did not explain the treatment she was going to do And what it entailed turn out it was a different treatment than what I was use to getting. When I questioned the product longevity she told me it would last long and that was it, at the end she told me I had to go back to wash my hair but had to pay for drying and straightening. I told her I never had to do that before and why? she told me that is how she does it. She also charged me more than what was stated for the cost and tried to tell me it was more. I told her her price does not state this and that was important to advertise and not just run cost up that’s not good customer experience. When I left the service and product did not sit well with me I got an allergic reaction my side lines where all burnt and red I reached out to ask her what the name of the product was that she used, she refused to tell me stated it was professional product only available to stylist, I explained I am not trying to get the product, but just need to know so I can treat accordingly, after going back and forth with her for 2 days finally she sent me a picture of the product and told me she did not want to provide future service. I thought to myself who are you telling I would not want or recommend her service to anyone. Note: I have a stylist that I have been going to for over 10 years for my color and cut services and I have never had an issue, she has always provided clear expectation and shared the products she used on me, as the client that is my right to know what is being used. I only seeked another stylist for this service because mine did not specialize in keratins treatment. I would not recommend This stylist for many resin but wanted to share my experience for others! From the beginning, I tried to explain the procedure to you step by step, even seeking support to better translate the information and ensure you understood the process. My priority is always to provide personalized attention to each client; that's why, when you arrived—a few minutes after the appointment—I was still finalizing with another client. In a salon, it's important to understand that unforeseen events can arise, but I still treated you with the utmost care. Regarding the price, I always explain that the initial cost may vary depending on the amount and length of hair. Even so, I agreed to maintain the agreed-upon price so you could feel at ease. Your hair was beautiful, and the only thing I told you was that, as part of the keratin treatment, you had to return for the first wash and blow-dry, which does have an additional cost. I want to clarify that I never treated you poorly. I was always kind and respectful, and I explained several times that not all keratin treatments work the same. In all my years of experience, not one client had ever had a complaint about this service. I'm very sorry you interpreted the experience this way, but I still fully trust the quality of my work and the professional products I use. I wish you the best.

Mucho tiempo buscando alguien responsable y al fin la encontre!!! Hace el trabajo que le pides a la perfeccion y sin hacer otra cosa que no pidas, qu...e es mi terror de ir a cortarme el pelo. La recomiendo al 100% y mas!!! Corto mis puntas bien prejitas y tomo el tiempo de hacerlo bien y sin prisa, muy perfeccionista y de paso tambien me aconsejo productos para mi cabello que es canoso.
