Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few details so the situation is represented fairly. You provided the hair beforehand, and I prepared and blended it prior to your appointment. During the service, we made several adjustments based on the density and look you requested. I also went beyond the allotted appointment time to make sure your hair was completed properly and according to your instructions. As a result, my next client had to wait approximately an hour. The following day, you texted me that you had received a lot of compliments on your hair. You then asked about a quick touch-up to add more hair, although you had originally requested that the style not be too full. At the time, I was at work and responded later that evening explaining that I was fully booked and unfortunately couldn’t accommodate a last-minute appointment. You did not respond. I’m always happy to communicate with my clients and address concerns when my schedule allows. I maintain a calendar around my existing commitments, so last-minute availability isn’t always possible. My inability to accommodate the touch-up was not because I chose to “cover a gym shift,” as stated in the review. I’m sorry you were disappointed with your experience, but I wanted to provide the full context and clarify the time, preparation, and effort I put into all my clients appointment.
