I used Rima for Laser treatment and she was very professional and kind! She would always check for progress and directed me on proper after care proto...cols to ensure maximal results. When the treatment was initially not working for me due to my light hair type, she adjusted the treatment and accommodated me so that I can get my moneys worth of the treatment.
