The Stylist did not show up! My appointment was for 7:00 a.m. August 3rd. I was sent a reminder. I was there on time no one showed up I left at 7:20. ...I put a deposit down for my visit. She did a no call no show. I did not get my deposit back. Worst experience ever! Show more

I didn’t receive the service because on the morning of the appointment I received a phone call saying De couldn’t make the appointment that day and I ...was given the option to either reschedule or get a refund. I would have wanted to reschedule to the next day but the person on the phone (De’s daughter) said De wasn’t going to be available the next day either. I said, okay, I’d like a refund then. I never received a refund notification, I have texted, tried calling, left voicemail messages and I have received not a call or text message back. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. I think since De cancelled, my refund should just have been issued to me without me even trying to call or text. And no responses to my text or phone call is a no no for me. This review is based on this experience. With this cancellation experience, I would have given a 0 star if I could. Let me add though that when it comes to being on time and the vibe and how she interlocks my hair, it would be a 5 star from me. Show more
