This trip my hair wasn't dried under the dryer. I thought I was fine until I took my style out and my hair was puffed uo and frizzy. It didn't even lo...ok like I had a retwist. My hair looks old less than 2 weeks after my retwist. The locs that I expressed concern over are still thinning and needed to be repaired. When I look back I have stated concern over these locs multiple times and nothing has been done to fix them. I messaged stating my concern and there was no reply. This experience has been disappointing. I won't be back. Show more
