This was not a good experience. My hair was not washed properly, and even on the second wash she was so rough that it aggravated my scalp. She did not... clean any of the tools that she used in my hair prior to putting them in my hair, she dropped a comb on the floor, picked it up and continued using the came comb in my hair. She also added additional charges for a services that I did not ask for. I will not be returning to this salon. Show more

I apologize for how you feel. On Your arrival Nathalie, your hairstylist observed that the first hairstylist to wash your hair did not throuroughly remove the oil/grease on your hair. You disclosed this to the hairstylist, she asked about it. Thus why she washed it once more, she was concerned about washing your hair as best as possible to be able to remove the excess of oil/grease. We will note your feedback and we welcome it and thank you for it. The Deep conditioner & Trim are seperate services added to the service of Wash & Blow Dry, i apologize for the confusion, we do Itemize all of our services to prevent any confusion. Very rare do we encounter confusion on our prices with other customers. I hope you give us the opportunity someday to offer our services perhaps with another hairstylist, the goal would be for you to leave with a smile and Satisfaction. You’ll get 30% off on your return, just give us a call after booking with us. Thank You.

She did an amazing job! I came in not knowing what to do with my hair and she gave me her honest opinion on what the best approach was. She took time ...to wash dry straighten and cut my hair and I am so grateful and thankful that I got the opportunity to meet her. She’s an amazing woman, and so is Danaya.
