If you don’t know Spanish, I advise you NOT to go here! This was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon! My appointment was for 115 and I showed Mar...ia, The hairstyle is a picture of what I wanted, which was highlights, blonde colored and the rest of my hair dark brown. When I looked up, my whole head was almost blonde and only bits and pieces of my hair was dark which was the total opposite of what I requested! The hairstylist had to redo my whole head, which caused me to be in that shop for almost 7 hours! I wasn’t even offered any type of drink or not even water at the salon and all of the hairstylist are so busy during their own hair that they don’t look out for the customers. I will never go here again!!! that would be the last $220 You will get from me. And please learn the ENGLISH LANGUAGE so you can communicate with your clients for a better experience !!!! Show more

The prices on the website and board in the salon do not match . This isn’t my second time being charged different prices than what I booked and what’s... displayed on the board in the actual salon. They are always speaking in Spanish to one another , so it’s no way to tell what you’re actually being charged for. They are only nice to others that speak Spanish and the environment is uncomfortable for everyone else . At checkout the prices also differ . So after you have received the services it’s obviously no way to go back. The wash and blows are okay are quick and it just feels rushed. This isn’t the worse place but it’s definitely things they could do better with . Show more

We are a Dominican Hair salon and to provide the most authentic service as we advertise, we Hire mostly Dominican Women. We apologize for the language barrier. As for the prices we do disclose that all chemical services are priced for that especific service and that Wash & Blows are an added service. As per Both Stylist that quoted your hair, the price was giving prior to your services, I do hope that you can understand that we are taking your review into consideration and we will do our best to be better.

The last experience I had with a Dominican salon they put a relaxer in my hair against my wishes and tried to lie about it. The stylist was very accom...modating and understanding. Super quick, which is no small feat for as long and thick as my hair is. Conditioned my hair after washed it thoroughly. My hair is so soft. including curly hair pic for reference. Show more
