They are so professional and so sweet while the lady was doing my hair the other lady brought me a cup of coffee in like a little tea cup it was so cu...te and she just really did an amazing job ! The 3 stars was not for the work. She did an excellent job! The problem is that I was in the salon for 4 hours! My Saturday was gone. I made an appoin...tment and all I had was a wash and silk press. I noticed that I was continually being bumped for who I can only assume are her regulars. I did not say anything and patiently waited. This did not go unnoticed as the owner did not charge me for my trim. It was a nice gesture, but I would have rather paid the 15.00 and only spent the hour and a half in the salon as quoted. I was referred by a friend and shared my experience with her. She was embarrassed. Unfortunately, I will not return. Show more
