Laura was amazing 😻 I have soo much hair and I will say I hate getting my hair cut because most ppl just try and hurry up after getting half way thro...ugh cuz it’s so thick . I just had my baby and wanted to finally get out the house and get my hair cut and let me tell u she did a Great job ! 10/10 definitely recommend!!! Show more

I did not want to leave this review but its a must after going through what I went through. It all started with a hair consult I booked with the owner..., happened through text, great saves me a drive even though its local. Luckily I was able to get booked for that same week. A day before my appt the hairdresser Liliana calls me to see if I can move my appt to an hour later, I declined as it didnt fit my schedule. She said fine, see you tmr. Went in for my appt at the time it was originally scheduled and was greeted by Liliana. I told her what I wanted but she came in thinking i wanted the inspo pic her boss had sent but i told her i wanted something super low maintenance and she agreed. She said she would touch up my lights a bit and the top. What was supposed to be 3 hours ended up being 7 hours. I got there at 10 and left at 445. Im non confrontational and customers were coming in left and right so I didnt want to make a scene. Why did bleaching my hair that I did not want in the first place last 4-5 hours?!! Never in my 10 years of going to a professional has it ever taken this long. Longest ive ever been is 4 hrs. Mind you I also did not like the stylists attitude. Every time she would put color on my hair she would intentionally throw the brush causing paint or BLEACH to splash everywhere. I wasn’t sure if she was just irritated or what but she never addressed why it was taking so long. What was more upsetting is that she had other appointments and would nonchalantly pass them off to the barber girl there. The other girl there was working hard appt after appt and these other appts that my stylist had were getting her behind. I was also displeased at how dirty the salon is. I guess I noticed this after being there for 7 hours. Finally shes done and I cant just wait to get out of there. What I was quoted was an estimate of 210+ haircut which ended up $370!!!! What in the world? I paid and left so damn quick. A day later I wash my hair and not only is my hair fried, my cut was butchered, long hairs in the wrong places. I have GREY lights in different places. I never asked for grey color nor different shades of brown. My whats supposed to be a balayage is a disaster. Now I need to go pay more money to get this mess fixed. Show more
