Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, all appointments are only confirmed once a deposit is received and required consent forms are completed, which were not submitted prior to this booking. Despite this, I still attempted to accommodate your appointment. I did communicate in advance that I needed to slightly adjust the schedule due to a meeting at my child’s school and offered a new appointment time of 9:45 AM. I did not receive a response until approximately 45 minutes later, at which point you shared that you had another hair appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. I strive to respect all clients’ time and maintain a smooth schedule, and clear communication and adherence to booking policies are essential for that. Thank you for your understanding.
