Absolutely do not come here. I booked a service for Gelx for $45 and they charged me $85 for “cutting the cuticle”. When I complained about the decept...ive, outrageous pricing, the tall Asian male started yelling and screaming at me. I never raised my voice and wasn’t disrespectful. Absolutely would not book again. I didn’t get anything special, no designs or artwork, just a plain color. And edit since the manager or owner replied - cutting the cuticle and filing the nail should be included in the service. And if it’s not that’s okay , BUT you should specify that. Either way cutting the cuticle, filing the nails and preparing them shouldn’t cost $40 extra dollars. Outrageous and deceptive. Based on the second reply - I had already removed the powder set at home with my own drill (since booksy had only booked me for an hour), and even if I hadn’t done that, prepping the nail, cleaning the cuticle, and shaping the nail into almond versus square shouldn’t cost an additional $40 - that’s deceptive and thievery. But even if you want to charge that, your booking should specify that. But the pics speak for themselves - Anyone who gets their nails done can tell from the pics that those aren’t $85 nails. There are zero designs and they are pretty short. Also how convenient to suddenly say almond shaped nails are $65: posted a pic of their 4 gelx services: none of them are for $65. The most expensive one is for $50. Either way I’m only posting this not even because of the price gouging (which was outrageous). I’m posting this because I was yelled at and disrespected by the tall male manager/owner or whoever he was. I never raised my voice and spoke quietly the entire time, yet he chose to raise his voice, behave aggressively and attempt to intimidate me. Show more

Dear Illiana, First of all, I really apologize for your experiences with us, but you literally can tell with your two pictures that you posted on, your service you booked is different from what you really want to get done; besides that, you came with your old dipping powder set was on your nails, so the nail tech needed to take them off, and once you asked for cuticles cleaning service (manicure). In conclusion, your services includes Remove Dipping Power Set ($10), Cuticle cleaning service ($10), and, instead of Square Regular Gel X, You get medium Almond Gel X (with gel polish) ($65); therefore, your total was $85. Sincerely, we really hope you enjoy with your clean and nice nails set. Thank you so much for your feedback.

I have a daughter that’s paraplegic and every time I bring her in there... to get her nails done she receives optimal service and care. I have gone to other nail salons that refuse to render service to a person in a wheelchair, but not this salon. Show more
