The appointment didn't happen she waited 30 mintues until my appointment to tell me that she needed to cancel. Our schedules didn't work for my appoin...tment to be moved days later, i never received my deposit back. I had to cut my nails off the appointment was for a Overlay i soaked all the acrylic off before the appointment to make her job easier and was willing to pay her no matter the price because my nails was long. Very disappointing she was recommended sorry for what could have been great business. Show more

Rosaland unfortunately I had unforeseen circumstances arise and I had to abruptly cancel your appointment, it was 45 minutes prior to your scheduled time. I did offer to reschedule you later in the day and/or the following day. In addition please check your cash app account as I did indeed refund your deposit.
