You had no hair to cut Sir! 95% of your “cut” was the temporary hair fibers that you brought in & suggested I apply to your sever case of alopecia(male pattern baldness). You requested a temporary paint job not a haircut. Good luck to you in your future endeavors on finding a bodyshop to paint your head.
