First and foremost id like to say Jen does an absolute amazing job on lashes! She really does. My issues is professionalism. Unfortunately that for me... is more important. I schedule my appointment online with her 3 weeks prior. Day of i hadn't received a confirmation or anything so I text morning of my appointment asking if I was going to her home again as she does them at her home mostly and not at the shop on the Google site, which I kinda dont agree since she charges shop prices. She text back and says she doesn't have me on her books today and I was supposed to let her know as she has a birthday party to go to instead. So I screenshot her an appointment Pic of my appointment email showing my appointment and she said oh she didn't see then offered to do it next day. Didn't offer a discount or anything just a reschedule. No mam as I thanked her for her time and wished her well. She then offered later that evening but again not the point.That was my 2nd appointment with her and to start off on an unprofessional foot is a no for me even if the work is good. I respect her time as she should respect mines. Great work other than professionalism.

I absolutely adore my lashes! If you're looking for the best lash expert, look no further than Jen! I've been her loyal customer for over a year now. ...Jen is incredibly sweet, and professional and provides excellent customer service. She always accommodates my schedule and I feel very comfortable every time I visit. She creates custom lashes that meet my needs perfectly and I always receive compliments on how natural they look. Of course, I take care of my lashes too, to ensure their longevity. I highly recommend Jen to be your new LASH EXPERT! She has truly changed my life in so many positive ways. I feel beautiful and it takes me less time to get ready since I don't need to apply mascara every day! Thank you, Jen, for always taking care of my lashes and making them look beautiful every time!
