The eyelashes turned out nice but it was a little tense in the environment. I couldnt relax while you were on the phone. You were not happy with havi...ng to do everything and then you were talking about personal matters that you were unhappy with. It made the experience very sour. I also was given to another woman for my Brazilian wax that i booked with you. She was obviously new or inexperienced. After 2 times of her asking if she got all of the hair i gave up. It was def not a clean wax. As this area is a sensitive area i felt that i shouldnt have to tell her where to wax. And it was not a full Brazilian but i was not going to announce that in front of everyone or embaress her when i came out into the main room and we were in front of everyone. It just didnt feel very professional to me. I only leave these comments because i was sent a survey so i filled it out. Otherwise i wouldnt have said anything. I just wouldnt have come back. I am hoping you are asking for these surveys to improve in areas that may put off clientel so that you can grow your business and become a very successful women owned and operated business. These were all little issues but my honest opinion. Show more

I didn’t know you used cloth for Brazilian wax. I’m used to the wax you just pull off The girl that did it I don’t know if she was new or what, it too...k her a hour she walked out of the room 3 or 4 times for gloves and more cloth I’m there with my legs open, and she kept trying to get the hair she kept pulling and pulling I told her it’s ok she didn’t need to get all the hair. She had wax every where the floor was sticky the room was dirty too. Please get someone with more experience and don’t use the wax with the cloth for Brazilian wax invest in good wax you just pull off, then the wax doesn’t get everywhere,I’m truly traumatised with this experience it hurt so bad that she kept trying for a hour to get the hair I came home and I was sticky with all the wax she used for every little spot, and she had hair I took a shower and I was still sticky. I will not be going back again. I read the reviews and you had good reviews, so I couldn’t believe my experience was the worst ever Brazilian wax. Please reimburse me please, I will be doing a review on Groupon too. Show more
