Bad quality. On the next day, one of the nails chipped and on the 3rd day two more nails chipped. Bad service: the girll was on the phone the entire ...time. She is looking for another job in an office setting. That tells me she is not a nail professional. She discussed other personal matters (inappropriate for a customer to hear), all on speaker. Lastly: I ot A LOT of texts from them to confirm the appointment and ask if I had address. I had confirmed via Booksy nd Booksy provides address. It was too much. To top it off, when it was time to pay, she tells me they do not take credit cards. WHY did they not mention that in Booksy or in all the texts they sent? After I left and texted them about credut cards, they told me I SHOULD HAVE ASKED IF THEY TOOK THEM!!!!! REALLY, BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS IN 2023???? Show more
