I went in for a cut and walked out with a $ 184.50 bill. She charged me for a consult and hair color that I did not ask for. She did not show me how t...o style the cut she decided to give me not what I asked for.I have tried contacting her with little success she said she is busy and that I should be able to style it. But to no avail. I would not recommend her she is pretty cold not friendly at all. She does not listen. I will go else where next time. Show more

I hate that you’re not satisfied with the services you recieved. I run and honest business and I diligently strive to supply clients only what they request. You was only charged 166.00 and a credit card fee of 5.00. You tip me 24.90 and your total charged was 190.90. After taking pictures of your new look you requested for your cruise trip and the big smile,I was under the impression that you was happy. I apologize that you feel the way you does. After talking with you on the phone and through text I still don't mind you comingl back in to show you the best way to blow dry short hair but you woils need to make an appointment. I don’t take walk ins. I hope everything works out for you and I deeply regret not being able to provide you what you want. Be blessed and have a wonderfuld evening
