Can't really qualify this as being a completed service since it never happened. Extremely disappointing since prior to this, I've had good experiences... getting my haircut. Sadly today wasn't that day. I got to my appointment on time and sat there for an hour and 15 minutes without a single call back to let me know if he was going to make it or not. Terrible service and experience. EDIT- I received texts from Dre informing me of his situation and the effort to make things right. That is appreciated and I will update my review as a result.
