He was also kind enough to educate me on certain vocabulary and lingo to be... sure that I can ask for exactly what I want in a haircut in the future. I've also had my hair cut by Eric and Sonshine, and I could not have been more pleased by their work and conversation. After recently moving to the area, the struggle to find a quality barbershop in the area was really daunting. I gave Grit Barbershop a try after a few... lackluster cuts at nearby barbershops, & I’m so glad I did. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy, & you immediately feel like family at this family owned barbershop. My barber is Kayla & she has done a fantastic job on my hair. Not only are her skills great, but conversations flow easily with her. She excels at her job, & you can tell she wants you to love your haircut/trim, as well. But, if she’s not available, they also have 3 more chairs available, & they’re usually full. Which states that I’m not the only one that notices the pride that this shop takes in their work. So, book your appointment soon. I’m so happy to have found my new barbershop in Charlotte. Show more
