I feel that I must address this 3 star review. This is not meant to embarrass anyone but to operate in transparency when it comes to my reputation. I try my hardest to accommodate every client but sometimes they too are responsible for the outcome of their service. The new client that left this review has extreme mobility issues. Before an appointment was booked, due to her mobility issues I should have been consulted since this client was unable to step up onto the platform that my pedicure bench sits on. I did not deny service but offered an alternative by attempting to perform the service in an executive style chair, which was needless to say very uncomfortable for me. She has major knee problems and could only bend her knees or straighten them so far. During the service the client became ill and expressed the need to vomit. We stopped the service and unfortunately we could not move on to her right foot and the manicure. She did pay me for my time for the pedicure but because she could not complete both services, I missed out on the full service fee. I had no ill will towards her but I will not accept the review that was given because simply put it was not "fair". Clients we are not magicians, we are human beings. If we treat you with mercy and grace please do the same in return.
