Ugly experience at Spa Jardin in Tampa Florida A recent experience at Spa Jardin in Tampa, Florida left a customer feeling like a hopeless case when ...she asked for assistance in improving her skin because of a recent weight loss. The customer was escorted to a private room by aesthetician Melissa Rubio, where she was told there isn’t anything we can do for you. “Your face has fallen and only a plastic surgeon can help you.” The manager Alexa expressed regret and promised to have Melissa call and apologize. It never happened. By any standard, this business is arrogant, incompetent and unprofessional. If a spa is to make women beautiful and to feel beautiful. By that test, Spa Jardin fails the test.
