I scheduled an appointment for my son to get a haircut through this app. When I arrived I informed the barber that I was here for my 5pm appt, he see...med a bit confused then went on to tell me he was almost done. Shortly after that another kid came in, the barber asked me my name I told him and he said he doesn't have me for a 5 p appt. I showed him my appt and where it was confirmed by him. He went on to say he don't use this app and don't know why he's still on this app. Needless to say I declined his request to wait until after his next client is done.
