I have to give a quick shoutout and huge thank you to Maggie! She put up with my indecisiveness and gave me exactly what I wanted!! I went in to see... Maggie for the second time to touch up my roots and go a little lighter than we had the first time she did my hair. It ended up being way too light for my liking and I once I got home I decided I just couldn't live with it. I went back and forth about what to do, but I finally decided to message Maggie and see if I could come back in to darken things up a bit. She immediately responded back to me and got me back in to see her the next morning! I was happy with my hair the second go around, but Maggie actually went out of her way to message me a few days later to say that she wasn't totally satisfied with where we left my hair, and that she wanted me to come back in so we could start fresh and try a whole new method that she thought I would like better. I thought why not, and went back in later that next week to start all over. She got my hair back to its original state and then balayage'd in some warm caramel tones to give it a little depth. I could not be happier with how everything turned out!! And would totally recommend Maggie to anyone asking! Her shop is super cute, she is so warm and friendly, and she will got out of her way to make sure you are happy with your hair. Thanks again Maggie!! Show more

A couple of my neighbors told me about HairCraft, actually raving about the place. I must say they were not exaggerating. I had an appointment with ...Bobbie and she did a great job on my very thick and curly hair. Bobby really knows the science of hair which really was amazing but more amazing was the personal attention she provided. The color came out great. My husband, neighbor, grandaughter and stepson loved it and so did I. I definitely am a convert and will be returning. Show more
