Women's Haircut

Terrible. They don't even know they are on appointment booking app Booksy. I made an appointment on Booksy and arrived one hour earlier than their op...ening time as on the app I was able to make an appointment. Nonetheless, I waited in my car for an hour for them to open and see what I can do now. Not only did they not accommodate me but they did not offer any compensation and told me to come back another time. The receptionist lady, Rossie, was rude and was not helpful and claiming that the fault was mine even though they didn't even know of existence of their company on app with wrong hours of operation.
