I agree with other reviews, if you're looking for a great haircut, Tre is the guy. If we're talking punctuality and respect for people's time not so ...much. First strike 1/20/17 waited an hour and a half past appointment time and before walking out...but I decided to go back. I use to get my haircut a couple of Sundays before he moved to a new shop...well I was able to schedule for a Sunday 2/5/17...got to the shop and they're closed on Sundays. Not sure why I was able to schedule for Sunday still...but okay, I'll take that one as my bad. Third strike 3/2/17, 15 minutes pre appointment time I get a call he needs to reschedule to 11...no worries although I was already 20 minutes into my trip. I get there at 10:55 and waited until 11:20. Nothing, so I left...phone rings at 11:50. Officially moving on. Show more

I'm not sure about the negative review, but hands down Tre is the only one I will even let touch my head in Charlotte. Before I knew he was here I was... driving to Virginia to get a haircut because nobody would give me what I needed. I strongly recommend Tre to anybody and that's my word!! Nobody does it better! Well regardless of what other clowns got to say like the one below. Tre is a pro at what he does. Gotta respect the man. Yes he is a busy guy. Yea he ...get tied up. But the return of the customer service is A1. Hasn't came up short not once on my cut. My son had a 5pm appointment with Tre. We got there at 4:51pm and Tre had someone in the chair. An hour go by the same guy is in the chair. Another 30... minutes go by the same guy is in the chair. Finally 2 hours later the guy is done in the chair. Yes I said 2 HOURS later!!! I told my son to ask Tre is this cut on him or if we getting a discount since not once did he say he was running behind nor did he apologize. My son got his haircut and I paid him what I wanted to pay him and left. I have been a loyal customer to Tre and this is not the first time this has happened. I have been sitting at the shop waiting for him and he calls and say I need to reschedule or he just don't show up. He's good but not that good that I will put up with bad customer service and someone that's unprofessional. He had to do better and stop trying to be big when little still got him. Growth take time! Service was terrible. Waited 2 hours for my son's haircut. My appointment time was 7:30pm. My son didn't get into the chair until 9 something. Tre ski...pped my son twice. His line up is wopsided. Definitely was not worth $15 Show more
