My hair was completely butchered by the stylist. I emailed Alicia and told why happened and sent several pictures. I told her this looked nothing like... what I asked for. I even had a picture to show her. She then told me that my hair texture was not the "mixed race female" in the photo. I found that very offensive. And told me that I could not have gotten the cut in the photo. If that was the case, then why cut my hair. So I told her I would like a refund. She told me she would send it to me. I came all the way from Austin Texas to get my hair done only to have it completely chopped and butchered. I had to pay another stylist to fix my hair before I was even able to return home. I was completely devastated by this experience, hurt, and very emotionally distraught. So now all my hair is gone. I'm thankful that someone was able to come and help me on a Sunday evening. So I will not be back to this salon and also lost an associate in the process. Show more

Policy in my salon is to ask the client were they satisfied with service and did I take care of their hair needs. Client stated that she was happy with her cut and she loved it. Before stepping out the door, I asked client again were they sure they were satisfied with the service and the statement was yes I love it. The client's hair was not combed or styled like the pics in the review. Unfortunately, 24 hours later you were not happy with service and a refund was offered. As a professional and business owner most stylist wouldn't refund after 24 hours of leaving a salon. I apologized that you were not happy with service and issue will be resolved. Thank you for your time and review!
