After a schedule mix up (which is highly unusual) Kita was able to fit me into her schedule according to my availability and she was nice enough to di...scount my service. I wasn't at all upset about the mixup but she showed excellent customer service in giving me a discount and fitting me in when I could tell that she had something else planned.
