Sorry my brother but my hours were from 12 to 6 yesterday so I dont know why that appointment was set anyway. I work 12 hours a day 6 days a week, and try to get a little rest on Sunday, but people act like you're a robot or something, you cant eat, your car cant break down, your child can't be sick. Hilarious, but listen I apologize for the inconvienience and if you still need a service Ill be there today at 10, free of charge. Thanks

My appt was at 10:30 I called him and let him no I was running a little late, he told me he was also, he was just leaving, I made it there 10:37 am I ...waited there until 11:40am he cut my son hair three times, i brought my son last week he didn't sho up, I really like how he cut my son hair, I come all the way from Irving so he can cut my son hair, if he didn't want to do the best thing to do is not confirm the appt, or the professional way is to let the client no that you are running late, and give them a time frame, I like the work that Ty does and didn't want nobody else cuting my son hair, so I'm kinda disappointed.
