The service was horrible. My wife scheduled appointment for our wedding. The stylist change the time of the install the day of the appointment. She wa...s rude and blamed my wife for not checking her email the morning of. She had my wife book a ponytail appt even though my wife asked for an updo install numerous times. She booked her for $135 then midway during the appointment increased price another $108. Then began to talk negative about how fast we were getting married which was completely unprofessional. My wife has thick long beautiful hair. She did big French braids in her hair which shouldn’t have been the foundation for any $243 hair style. When my wife said she didn’t like the style the stylist suggested my wife get a Lace wig install instead. Also was going to charge her full price plus same day bleaching prices. Not at all pleased with her work ethic nor customer service. She glue a cap around my wife scalp leaving her bald spots. Show more
