The customer service is great. The cut, not so much, I showed a picture of what I wanted. He asked exactly like that. I said he doesn't have to do it ...exactly, but to make it fit my head shape. I had full trust in his ability because he's been cutting my son for years, and we recommend other family members who are still customers to my knowledge. So when he started to line me up, is when I knew there was a problem. I'm a female, and no other barber has ever given me a male taper even though I ask for the length to be evened out and a taper, and the other barbers didn't have a picture for reference. So when he put the mirror up, I was pissed, but kept my composer paid $50 and left. If I were a person who defines my self-worth by my looks, this would've caused me emotional distress🙄😒😔😮‍💨🤣🤷🏿‍♀️ Show more
