The purpose of this app from my understanding is to ensure that the time of a barber and the client are both valued equally. Well, this could not be f...urther from where we were. The haircut started about 20 minutes later than scheduled. 5 minutes into the haircut the barber abrubtly stopped and are breakfast (so the customer has less than half of a haircut and has to sit for 20 additional minutes and watch his barbet eat breakfast and he didn't even turn the chair to the tv). Of course the haircut ended later than scheduled. What is the purpose of having an app, price and schedule if you are not going to follow them? Show more

Thank you I appreciate the comment. I'm just wondering has anyone ever had a doctor's or dentist appointment tell me if you ever was seen by both exactly at your scheduled time. Barbering is the only profession that we are criticized for being a little late people dont take in consideration that some cuts & styles take longer, and for as the eating on Saturdays I dont take a lunch break I make my self available for my clients so I have to eat on the fly.

-Rich is one of the best barbers I've ever seen and had my haircut by. And I'm from Paterson NJ, and grew up there and in the Bronx and if there is on...e thing we know Up North....it's haircuts. He is one of the best and to me that's saying a lot bcs I've been around the country and he truly is one of the best. I highly recommend him for any style/type of hair.
