This young lady had actually done my friends hair. It was beautiful. I was so excited to have someone do my hair that was local. On Wednesday I booked... an appointment for Friday night. I messaged her on Facebook and sent her a text. She didn’t respond. So I figured she couldn’t do it. Friday morning she sent me a text and said she had to take an exam at 5 and asked if could come earlier. I left work early so I could wash my hair and make sure it was blow dried. I also went to purchase the hair. She sent me another text and said she was running behind on the head she was doing. She said she would let me know if I needed to come later. She never did, so I drove to her house. I sent her a text and said I was 5 mins away. She said she wouldn’t be finished with her client in time. She asked me to come after her exam. She said she would come to my house or I could come to hers. I said whatever would be easier for her. She never responded. I messaged her the next day and said I was available all weekend if she had any open slots. She never responded. So I washed and blow dried my hair and purchased the hair.. but never got a style. Very disappointed because her work is beautiful... unprofessional.. she could have at least responded. Show more

I’m giving this young lady 2 stars for her actual work. Her work is awesome. But the business part of her work lacks a lot. Today makes the 3rd appoin...tment that has been canceled by her. Wednesday I had an appointment scheduled for my niece to get 2 feedin braids she texted me Monday saying she couldn’t do it. Ok before that appointment I had a previous one that she canceled the day before due to her daughter being ill ok. So today I had an appointment so I texted her when I got up to see if she could do it because by now I realize she’s messy. No response so I’m thinking ok she didn’t say no. So I get up drive about 45 minutes to her house text her that I’m on my way up. Get to the door knock and the neighbor opens the door like I don’t think she’s there. While at the same time I’m getting a text from her saying that she was with her dad who was in an accident. My birthday is Sunday and I don’t have anyone to do my hair. She doesn’t respond well to text if she responds at all. Needless to say I’m so over booking with her. Don’t get me wrong her work is great but not great enough to deal with this mess. Show more
