I was serviced by GeGe. So initially getting the style it looked nice, received many compliments on it. Around the third day many became loose and fri...zzy. As days go on some becoming even more looser. I contacted her about it and the response was basically this was the first time she heard of a customer complaining. For me my issue wasn’t handled correctly. This is a first for me as well.. I don’t deal in what others do, I deal with results. I have an event I’m attending out of state and my hair should still look up to par being that it hasn’t even been 2 weeks smh. I’m cool I won’t be returning but be blessed. Show more

Good Morning LaLa! You came back to GeGe stating your hair was too tight and removed them. Ge Ge replaced them loose per your request. At the time no other issues about your hair was mentioned. Frizz happen when hair is not wrapped while laying down or manipulating while wet. Ge Ge fixes any problems, if she was notified. Cutting the frizzy parts makes it worse
