    • 1st Time Consultation

      Your initial hour long consultation will discuss your personal goals and nutrition. We will do a small workout to evaluate injury limitations or medical issues. During the consultation we can figure out what training would best suit your needs. Cost of consultation is waived with commitment to personal training program.
    • 1 on 1 Personal Training Session 30 minutes

      Your customized 30 minute session will include a dynamic warm-up and stretch. During the session we will complete several strength training exercises, including body weight and free weights. In addition to your session we will add cardio and core movements to strengthen areas of weakness as well as building stamina and endurance.
    • 1 on 1 Personal Training Session 45 minutes

      Your customized 45 minute session will include a dynamic warm-up and stretch. During the session we will complete several strength training exercises, including body weight and free weights. In addition to your session we will add cardio and core movements to strengthen areas of weakness as well as building stamina and endurance. The training is geared to shed body fat, build lean muscle, improve heart health, strength, balance and flexibility, creating lifestyle habits. Discussion concerning nutrition will be added as well.
    • 1 on 1 Personal Training- 1 hr Specialized Session

      This session is for the individual client who has not purchased a package deal, who may be traveling to the area and requires a full hour session, or who needs a refresher training. The session is complete with a dynamic warm-up, strength training exercises, cardio and core exercises using body weight and/or free weights.
    • 8 - 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions

      Our personalized 1 on 1 personal training packages include nutrition coaching and fitness. We combine the 2 vital aspects of healthy living into 1 package in order to maximize your time, your efforts and our knowledge. After our initial consultation is completed, we can then customize the workouts to meet all of your needs.
