Complete waste of time, thought I would of had a good experience hence the comments. First my appt was for 9:45am. At 9:39 I get a text stating she wa...s running late & was gonna be till 10:30am. I did not see the message since I was driving, anyways I get to the salon & I wait till 10:30. It is now 10:39 and nothing. Text her just to ask how much longer. At this point she tells me, I have a really bad stomachache this is the reason for the delay. I’m very sorry, I’m just on my way now. I’m driving, but your appointment it’s very easy & fast to do. I did not reply, just sit & wait for her arrival. Then 5 mins after she replies again & says I haven’t been able to even leave yet. At this point it was already 11am. I ask if she would like to r/s, no reply. A complete waste of time. And for a first time customer, so inconsiderate & irresponsible. Show more

They Cancelled my appointment due to allergies, confirmed appointment for the next day and they didnt show nor did they answer my calls . Till this da...y no call or anything i would of been a great client. However i will take my money where i am treated with professionalism.. i DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. This tech decides to not have me as a client after she’s cancelled on me 4x. My mother came to the establishment (which has no ties to her) for our ap...pointment, it was completely closed (I was not aware the salon is closed on Mondays, so Why accept an appointment if the salon is closed. I reached out telling her my mom is outside waiting, and I get told she lost the keys to open up. Whyyyyyy wouldn’t you get your things ready ahead of time so things like this won’t happen, I got No phone call, Nothing! She doesn’t know how to treat her clients, I offered to help w/ advice on time management and client relationships, as I have been in business for myself as well. I tried to rectify the situation, but no, she didn’t wanna hear it, as if she had it all figured out.. even though she’s good at what she does, I’ll never use her again, she’s gonna learn the hard way, which will take her longer to build her business.. clients remember treatment like this, no professionalism and no respect for her clients.. She is very good at what she does. I️ only Gave the 3 stars because of that otherwise it would be a 1. She lacks time management and professionalism. ...Two appointments were cancelled within an hour of the time I️ was scheduled to be there. Yesterday had an appointment which I️ was 5 to 10 mins early for. When I️ arrived I️ could clearly see she was no where near done with the current client, which is fine, it happens. When I️ asked how long, instead of an honest answer, she told me 5 Mins.15 mins later the other nail tech came to me and said it would be an additional 45 to an hour as she had another client after the one she was currently doing. Did she not know this when I️ arrived? It was a complete waste of time, energy and gas money. At this point I will never be returning. Back to finna nail lounge for me where professionalism is priority. Show more
