Confirmed appt and messaged her, she said great thanks. I messaged saying I was running late like 10 min and get no answer. I get there only to buzz 6... times and no one answers. Wtf. Can't expect to get customers if you don't answer and don't respond. Show more

If I could give 0 stars I would. It was incredibly unprofessional and damn rude. I confirmed my appointment TWICE and showed up on time only to wait f...or a half hour and have the other person in the salon tell me that Faith isn’t going to show up. It’s one thing to cancel an appointment. I totally get that things come up but to be so rude and waste my time like that just pisses me off. Show more
