Made an appointment for 1:15 for my son. Came in promptly, waited while it seemed as though he was cutting his sons hair. That was fine except there w...ere 2 other barbers sitting on the couch with us. That was also initially fine except after 17 mins of waiting (and being the only person in line) I would have assumed that another barber would have offered to help. We waited for nearly 20 mins without anyone speaking to us, before we decided to leave. Was not a professional experience Show more

Went in to get my son’s hair cut. His hair is EXTREMELY curly and although he has gotten good cuts before, Alex by far gave him the best haircut he ha...s ever had. He was so patient and really put the time into getting it just right. I was so happy and so was my son. My son has Aspergers and hates to have his hair cut, but He was so happy afterwards he told me he wanted to go to him (Alex) from now on. Show more
