Got to the place and she didn’t know about the appointment. Told me over the phone that she uses another scheduling app and all she had was a morning ...appointment on the books. Then she proceeds to explain that she’s about 20 minutes away and asked if I could wait. When she got there she says she won’t be able to do my lashes because she had moved appointments to today. (In a matter of a half a hour she’s moved everyone) I would’ve been fine with her saying she didn’t have me on the books but it was you asking me to wait and then say you don’t have any availability today. Really didn’t feel like she was interested in doing business and it was very unprofessional. I guess she doesn’t know who I am because I was looking pretty crummy but you should never judge people completely by their appearance. I told her she needs to delete the profile if she isn’t using it. I wouldn’t waste my time or energy booking through this girl. I wish I could give her zero stars!!!!!!
