Made an appointment for 6:45pm arrived at 6:50pm. So we were late. My son waited over an hour and he never acknowledged him or checked to see if his a...ppointment had arrived, which I don't understand because this was the 6th time we had been there as his customer. He said he never said anything, however if you have an appointment wouldn't you see if your customer arrived ? The shop is not that big so it's not like a customer can get lost. Disappointed that this happened and he didn't seemed bothered that it did. Very frustrating experience. Lastly, all the previous experiences had been fine, but this was definitely an unfortunate and isolated occurrence. Show more
