I've been coming to Erc for a 2-3 years now. I've referred friends, I've brought out of town friends, He always works to accommodate and has never had... any trouble. Always offers you a cold drink and listens to what you want and remembers what you have done before. I even texted him at 5pm one day before I had a business trip the next day, he added me on at 8pm so I could look fresh for my meetings. He even donated a cut/shave to a fundraiser I was running.
