There was no experience! I made 2 appts prior but canceled due to me being ill. I made an appt for the very next day at 4pm. The stylist texted me to ...confirm my appt 30 minutes before hand, I immediately responded saying that I will be arrving shortly. I recieved another text 7 minutes before 4 saying that she was trying to confirm my 4pm appointment and that she will be arriving at 4:30 pm meanwhile I'm in the parking lot waiting to walk in at 3:55pm. So I'm now walking around with my hair undone. I've never met this stylist but her braids look great. But for me being a first time client she should have been on time!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!
