Set a appointment for my 7yr. Recieved a confirmation. Get to shop only one employee there. She didnt know i was coming so she called manager who sai...d Nikki was suppose to do her hair. So young lady asked do i mind if she do it? I said i dont care i just want it done. So i asked how much she didnt know she had to look it up on instagram. As time passing she still looking. She stated she was getting ready to leave to go to her second job. By then i had enough told her i was pissed & this place is very unprofessional & left.

Hi Mary we are truly sorry that you weren’t satisfied with the staff at the time of your service and not having other stylist available the time of your service we appreciate your time! Also Monday’s 90% of our staff aren’t available...We are working on hiring FULLTIME stylist whose willing to work Mondays so that we may better Service you! thank you again STYLEBOOTH
