I showed up to the address listed and it was locked. Called the barber twice and did not receive a callback. Very unprofessional.

I do apologize for any inconvenience. I did return your phone call in you did not answer nor did you call back. Also I did notice that you scheduled a appointment on a Monday and we are closed on Mondays. The shop is open Tues-Friday 10-7 the app will not allow me to adjust my schedule as I work. If you would like to reschedule please do so and I'll be happy to provide you with great service. Thank you and again sorry for the inconvenience.
