I haven't got my haircut in about one year and REALLY was stressing about who was going to cut my hair. Came across this place on Yelp, read each and ...every comment Between Jay and Pat which i don't think you can go Wrong either way.. came to the barbershop a MESS in my (opinion) i arrived about 25 mins early to my appointment. waited about 10 mins Jay was playing some old school up beat music which immediately put a smile on my face ( Had to Shazam a song or two) he arrived 15 mins early to the appointment as soon as he walked in the door he greeted me, asked me what i wanted to do and got started. Gave me some tips on what a barber shouldn't do while cutting my hair which i didn't know Plus some good product's i could benefit from/should use for my hair. He is everything that each and every 5 star comment says about him. Professional, Punctual, Patient, Attentive, Knowledgeable, Takes his time and communicates with you to ensure you're both on the same page.. I took a risk listening to all these comments and came up Big The Cutlery is a clean, Solid 5 star shop i've Definitely found my Permanent Barbershop. Show more

One of my best first time experiences with a new barber! Pat was attentive to everything I said about the style I wanted and things I don't like, he c...ommunicated effectively during the cut to ensure he was performing to my satisfaction, and because of the added cost sometimes of a razor line up I didn't walk in anticipating one...but because of the awesome job Pat did, I could not resist making the cut even crispier! To top it off, Pat let the entire shop know it was my birthday in a few days, and I received a warm reception from everyone, adding more to the family vibe & professionalism of the establishment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Show more
