Overall, they did a good job on my hair. However, I believe the workers can use better time management. For instance, I noticed a worker was on her ph...one while she should've been braiding her client's hair. And it's nice to have small kids, but should they be running and crawling around a salon and on its floors where people walk? Show more

Very horrible experience. The moment I walked in I was hit with the smell of fish. The entire place smelled bad and it was at least 20 people packed i...nside of a small area. They were unprofessional and did not greet. Also did not have anyone to do my hair for the appointment that I had booked. I walked out and went to Asou’s place who does a GREAT JOB 😍 Update ; I don’t have to lie the unprofessionalism is showing through your response. Either way it doesn’t excuse the nasty environment. I also clearly started what I wanted, if you couldn’t do that then I should have received a call or something. Show more

On the app it was two appointment times that I set in the morning. The appointment times was for 6:00pm and 6:15pm for cornrows. I picked 6:15. I cont...acted them right before the appointment and they said they can’t take my son because they were about to close. Then they said come on he can get it done. Once he entered the place they turn him away and said his hair was too short. His hair shrinks when it’s wet but it’s long enough to braid. He told them to blow dry it and they said no and turn him away. I REFUSE TO GET ANY SERVICE DONE AT THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! What’s the point of making an appointment early in the day, it gets confirmed, then turn away because they close at 7. Don’t confirm a 6:15 appointment if you close at 7. I wouldn’t have took that appointment if that was the case. I don’t live close so it was time and gas wasted! I REFUSE TO DO ANY BUSINESS FROM THIS PLACE OR REFER ANYONE HERE!! These pictures shows times that I booked that wasn’t finished and the next day shows available times at 6:15. But they close at 7:00pm. I was told when we got there that they take their last appointment at 5. Just horrible! Change that because you confusing your customers smh HIS HAIR IS NOT TWO INCHES…YOU DIDNT BLOW DRY HIS HAIR CUZ YOU REFUSED HIM AND WAS RUDE TO HIM AND I CALLED YOU AT 615 which I was outside!! It don’t matter I was STILL TOLD THAT THE LAST APPOINTMENT WAS AT 5, so again please change your ATTITUDE AND YOUR APPOINTMENT BOOK! Don’t confirmed a 6:15 appointment if you guys take your last appointment at 5!!!!!!!!! His hair was braided several times before. You never gave him a chance! SO PLEASE! Again horrible customer service and bad appointment book!! I AM THE CUSTOMER!! I will NEVER REFER YOU or GET NO SERVICE DONE HERE!! Why argue with a customer or justify what I was told!! Change your appointment book.. don’t confirm a 6:15 time frame if you don’t take anyone that close to closing. I wouldn’t have took it!! Show more
