The location is very convenient. My stylist is very nice and listen to what I wanted. Brittney took her time and I am pleased with the results! The w...elcoming at the front desk was underwhelming. No greeting, no one behind the desk. There was a young lady sitting and scrolling ( on her phone) on the couch. As my appointment time approached and went, ( about 15 minutes passed), the young lady looks over at me and asks who I am waiting for. She was the receptionist! Then went to tell my stylist I was here. Not a good first impression at all. This was not my first time there. But something similar happened the last time i was there too. Not good PR. Show more

My hair was beyond ratchet… I wish I had pics.. she took, she not only trans...formed my hair, my color and gave me some kick ass bangs after an amazing layering cut but gave me my confidence back to let my curls loose and not up in a pony tail or hat… thanks so much.
